Dania Daye, MD, PhD

Dania Daye, MD, PhD is finishing her radiology training at Massachusetts General Hospital as a resident in the James H. Thrall Management and Leadership Program. Her research centers around the applications of machine learning in radiology for precision medicine. She is passionate about care delivery redesign and patient-centered care in radiology and currently leads the radiology virtual consultation initiative at MGH. Dr. Daye designed the James H. Thrall Management and Leadership Training (MLT) Program for radiology residents and is founding co-chair of the Women in Radiology Steering Committee at MGH. As part of her leadership training, she completed 6 months of training in the Lawrence Center for Quality and Safety and spent time in the Partners Center of Population Health. Dr. Daye is a graduate of the MD/PhD program at the University of Pennsylvania, where she completed her PhD in bioengineering as an HHMI-NIBIB Interfaces Scholar.
